Get new chapters as they go up
Both sagas go up a chapter at a time. There's no email list and nothing to sign up for. New chapters get published to a feed, and you follow that feed however you like. Two ways to do it, pick whichever fits.

Don't have a reader yet? Feedly and Inoreader both have free tiers and run in a browser. On iPhone and Mac, NetNewsWire is free and very good. Paste the feed URL above into any of them. View the raw feed if you know what you're doing.
